- You confirm that you have the right to upload this content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- User Content may be moderated to ensure compliance with these Terms.
4. Consent for Brand Tagging
- You may tag brands in your submissions. By ticking the checkbox, you agree to allow the system to notify you regarding your tagged brands.
5. Advertising and Communications
- The Service is provided free of charge. We may display advertisements and send emails with information about products and services from our partners that may be of interest to you.
- You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, but this does not affect essential service communications.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt or hack the Service.
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
